Yes. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order (puppy health issue, etc.), your deposit is fully refunded. If you change your mind after reserving, the deposit may be applied to a future puppy from us.

We accept Zelle, CashApp, and direct bank transfer. The $200 deposit is due at reservation; the remaining balance is due before delivery. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

We are a home-based breeder in Georgia and welcome pre-arranged visits. Most of our families are out-of-state — we do regular video calls so you can see your puppy live before committing. Just ask!

Our written 2-year guarantee covers life-threatening genetic defects. If your puppy is diagnosed with a covered condition within two years, we will replace the puppy or refund the purchase price. Full terms are provided with your puppy's paperwork.

All parent dogs receive comprehensive genetic health screening, eye clearances (CAER), and hip evaluations (OFA). We test for hereditary conditions common in Cocker Spaniels including PRA, FN, and PFKD.

Yes, every puppy is microchipped before leaving us. You receive the chip registration paperwork and we'll help you transfer it to your name.

We offer four delivery options:

• Road Transport (~$170) — Ground delivery via trusted regional transport partners.
• Air Cargo (~$250) — Airline-regulated, climate-controlled cargo hold.
• Door-to-Door Ground (~$320) — Personalized delivery straight to your home.
• Flight Nanny (~$600) — A professional accompanies your puppy in-cabin the entire flight.

We recommend Flight Nanny for long distances. Contact us and we'll suggest the best option for your location.

Yes — we deliver to all 50 US states and across Canada. If you don't see your city on our Locations page, don't worry. Just reach out and we'll arrange delivery to you.

A trained professional carries your puppy in an approved in-cabin carrier on a direct or connecting flight to your nearest major airport. You'll receive photo and text updates throughout the journey and meet the nanny at arrivals.

Absolutely! You're welcome to drive or fly to Georgia and pick up your puppy in person. Many families enjoy making a trip of it. Just let us know during the reservation process and we'll coordinate a pickup time.

Yes — lifetime breeder support is something we take seriously. Whether you have questions about nutrition, training, grooming, or health, our team is always reachable by WhatsApp or email. We love seeing puppy updates too!

We'll include a sample of the food your puppy has been eating so you can transition gradually. We recommend a high-quality puppy food for small-to-medium breeds. Suggest a 7–10 day transition if you switch brands to avoid stomach upset.

American Cocker Spaniels are known for being gentle, patient, and affectionate with children of all ages. Our puppies are home-raised around kids, which means they're already well-socialized before coming to you. They also do well with other dogs and cats.
